Sell them Natural Gas. We have plenty. It is better to light one little candle than to simply curse the darkness. We have an industry of "environmental activists," whose job it sees as to curse the darkness and collect donations to finance cursing the darkness. With Russian's help they are a smashing success.

China and India will pay for whatever energy they can get. Private companies are building Coal, Nuclear and Solar electric power plants in China, as we speak. Natural Gas, can be cheaper than all three. That is its second biggest selling point.

While nuclear (fission) does not produce carbon emissions, it is much more expensive than converting existing coal plants to Natural Gas. This conversion is happening as a matter of course. It is being slowed because of politics on the left and right. Nuclear Fusion may join solar, wind and thermal, as an energy of the future. I'm just advocating for taking advantage of low hanging fruit, that would help our environment, impact global warming and produce positive impacts on the economy for at least a few decades.

Anti-Nuclear sentiment is deep, even in the Republican Party. A recent poll found that 18% of Republicans felt it wouln't help. Add that to the 17% who felt it might cause harm and the numbers are close to the "feelings," of Democrats on Nuclear. It is a non-starter based on the opinions of non-science based disinformed masses.
