James, here we have a high-profile individual whose testimony could touch many people. He had an incident recently where he was found in his cell and had been injured. I believe the jail was negligent to allow this to happen a second time, whether it was done TO him or BY him. I have just read that he was not on suicide watch so it appears to be very negligent on the part of the jail and I think heads will be rolling. By the way, also read that friends are saying he definitely did not commit suicide.
