I'm not a big fan of Hawaiian pizza. Just not a fan of fruit on pizza. The best bet for me is to eat a salad before/during my pizza consumption. That salad cannot have a dairy-based dressing. Diluting the pizza.lactose with other non-lactose foods/drinks helps a lot. The days of hammering down a pizza by myself, in 30 minutes, are over! So are the days of having a glass of milk...
