One of the best shows I've seen, and this is gonna be good!

Peaky Blinders? Care to give a brief description?

the show chronicles the progression and rise of a street gang (the Peaky Blinders) in early 1900's Birmingham, England. the acting, plot, action and drama of the show are phenomenal. Seasons 1 thru 4 are on Netflix, and i've been waiting for season 5 for like 2 years now, it's an awesome show.

"Peaky Blinders" is about the Peaky Blinders... makes sense I guess. Lol. I'll check it out. If it's half as good as you say it is, I'll be staying up all night ;)
Only on Netflix?

I think it's only on netflix, but it's a BBC show so it may be on some of their programming too. the time setting now that i think about it is just after WW1 as many of the main characters are veterans of the war. so, prohibition years roughly. season 4 gets into prohibition itself, but i'll leave it at that so as not to spoil anything. be careful, if you're like me you'll be hooked.

I saw the first few minutes of the first episode a while back. Always wanted to go back & watch it because it was really good, but I only have a short time in the evenings for watching t.v. & stuff. I'll get around to it eventually.

yeah, it's a time consuming show, especially since the episodes are an hour long each. definitely worth it though!
