Okay, so, for the first one, I'd have to call that one political. It's making a political statement about Hillary.
Second one, yeah, I'd have to say this one falls under political too. Again, it's making a political statement about AOC (that she doesn't belong in a government position). Now if it had said something like "Hey AOC, wanna play "Bill and Monica" with me?", then it could go in fun.
Third one is just a case of certain mods not liking being questioned on their decisions I'd guess. At least certainly not in the fun stream. That would probably go better in the imgflip stream at

Fifth one, yeah sorry, I gotta go with calling that one political too.
There a bit of a fine line between a meme mentioning something related to politics but not being a political meme (like mine I linked earlier), and a meme actually being political in nature. And even if it IS the former, some halfwit can still whinge and get it unfeatured from the proper stream.
