No actually,,, if you'd been paying attention and that was originally used by Joe Scarborough to describe a low down SOB who is selling the country out to the highest bidder while still managing to rip off the public. He's a talented guy-sadly the people who support him the most are the people he's going out of his way to joyfully screw...only they are too stupid to figure that out....believing having his back is in their best interest lol Suckers! .
