No, the other owner created it and invited me to be a mod a while ago. He then left for a while and I was getting slammed with porn posts etc and had no control to limit # of posts per day so I contacted IMglip and they made me co owner so i could control posts and add other mods.

Mine seemed to have taken a bit longer. I've submitted mine three times and each time was denied because it was deemed "Harassment". I was not until my third one was accepted, because I placed it under "Political" stream, instead of "Fun".

Nevertheless... it took three days (now that I thought of it) until it was finally approved. But yours? Why would it take that long?

I've seen that one.... I thought about using it. I would definitely want to take advantage of that if I want my meme to me at the front of a page under a certain tag (for a good cause); but to get to, the, front page that would be cheating to me.
