I find superheros uninteresting. A great villain will be very intelligent, generally humorous in a dark way and their backstory tends to be much more interesting.

Agree, villains make for more interesting characters. I usually end up rooting for them In movies ;-)

Not exactly a hero, but a leader for sure. Even my son takes after me. One time I heard him leading some kids in ring around the rosey. He was 3. He had other 3 year olds there, a couple ten year olds and a middle schooler. When he says do it, you do it! No questions! Lol.
