According to reports, he was locked in a cell with a convicted murderer of three people. Who happened to be an ex-police officer from, wait for it, Westchester County, where the Clintons live.
Why would he be locked in a cell with anybody? Usually, pedophiles are kept in solitary, as convicts tend to hate pedos. Plus he is such a high profile one at that. Why is someone waiting for trial, who has not been convicted of anything yet, locked up with a convicted murderer?
Makes one ponder why the normal procedure was not followed.
