I hope you do! I despise the hospital! You can't sleep because they have to check on you every hour and in general it's hard to relax. For me anyway. When I had my first baby the window in my room after delivery was right near where the helicopter lands and takes off. At night that light from the front end shined directly into my room! The curtains didn't do a lot of good.

So, despite having to sleep sitting up that helped. Even with the lights off and the blinds closed all my machines made a bunch of light and noise....
I've been home for a while. First time I've felt like logging on, though

Notice the new changes. We can now follow our favorite folks! So in the streams you can filter to just the followed people when you want t see if you missed anything. Naturally I am one of your stalkers. LOL...

I hadn't noticed, actually...I haven't taken any time to look around yet.
No real complications...the drugs they gave me in recovery made me stop breathing, but other than that fine. My cuts are starting to heal (on the outside)
And, apparently I've lost a total of 17lbs over the last few months, so my dr has ordered me to gain weight

That must have been terrifying! I'm glad that didn't kill ya! I dream of the day someone tells me to gain weight... LOL!

Ordinarily losing weight is a good thing, but there wasn't much left to lose

I could spare about 50 pounds for the needy. Shall I send it overnight mail?

It would be nice if she just hit up a few key people and let them distribute info as needed. To take the load off a little.

Mostly just our parents. My mom and dad are sticks in the mud like me, though, and she'll need to actually call them
