I hated alot of vegetables when I was your age, but that's a phase. But you can get away with that in your teens.

Seriously. Steam broccoli with some butter. You'll get as healthy as a bull.

I just know that tastes change as one gets older. Just keep it in mind. You can't stack up broccoli in a pot let the steam cook it. If you've never tried it with butter,it's really good, I'll drop it now. :cheers:

It's always good to keep an open mind. I used to like to mash steamed broccoli into fried chopped potatoes, with sauteed onions, mushrooms, pineapple and garlic.

Get a steamer and steam the broccoli until it's soft.

Quick, easy and tasty.

I'm not a fan of raw broccoli but steamed is another story.

It's literally THE most health vegetable.

hey, here in the south we have what's called a "meat and three" plate, or meat and three vegetables. mac n' cheese is without fail one of those vegetable options (as is banana pudding) on every one of those menus, so hey i consider it a vegetable! prove me wrong, or put together a class action lawsuit to change all the thousands of menus out there!

Fruit: Blueberries

I eat mostly broccoli for a veggie, but enjoy others. Fruit depends on the season and ripeness. Right now I am enjoying cherries and watermelon. In the winter Florida oranges and plums when I can get them.

Now most versatile fruits I eat all the time...tomatoes and jalapeños
