I'm forever confused by those forms when your options are
1) American Indian or Alaska Native.
2) Asian.
3) Black or African American.
4) Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander.
5) White

I'm supposedly white since I don't fit into any other category. But I'm also Hispanic which makes me not white. So why is an Asian not white but a Mexican is?

I was tan for most of my childhood, then we left Florida for Massachusetts in the winter. Suddenly I was white!

it's my parent's place in Florida. We go twice a year.

I used to be pale when I was a kid living in NE America. Moved to the SE and got significantly darker. I'm not very dark, but one summer I turned a really deep brown. Go figure.

I'd say the same I can get a good tan.

I got sun burns earlier in the summer, but after awhile, they just look tan. :/
