True, well only in the case of France and Spain, but my point is the Gender doesn't really matter, or Iran and Russia should be doing better than they are. And thats not really my point now is it?

Actually, what happened in Rwanda was the mass murders of men in the civil war that occurred there for an extended period of time were so numerous, women HAD to step up to serve. Not saying they werent initially qualified...they just had to step in and clean up after a bloody civil war. AlSo the country was already "poor" prior to the civil war-and if you know anything about "nation building" after a war-it's a long arduous task-even the US fails at assisting in. Not sure the history of the other countries-so it's still a VERY valid question...WHY IS the US so adverse to women in leadership????

I don’t know about Germany but in the US, the popular vote usually goes to the person with the most charisma, and that leaves most American women out of the running.

American women with charisma are also smart enough to stay out of the mudfest called politics

People smart enough to be political leaders are also smart enough to stay away. This is how we end up with the 2 choices we had in 2016

The lady in the picture is Selina Soule.
You can hear about her story by The Amazing Lucas: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FHnZNvU8gI0

Everyone acts like they care about women's rights but I find that all to often it is a steaming pile of dung! Everyone is so vocal with their virtue signaling when they proclaim to all they are for women's rights and they are for LGBT rights. Well what is done when rights collide? I don't care what that humongous athlete identifies as, he is a man and it is not fair putting them against women. For goodness sake women don't like that. But when they say anything about it they get tossed on the backburner, like always, and are told they are being transphobic and should just try harder.

Try harder they say. Somehow I don't think that would pass if I was to tell you American and German women should "try harder" in politics.

And this has... what to do with women in office?

Honestly, I was probing you. Trying to figure out if you are for real or just another blowhard who virtue signals.
I don't think you are, but I would rather find out. I have been wrong on thinking I met a kindred spirit before.
I want to like you, despite some things we may disagree on. And since you don't really type a lot in your replies I don't really know where you stand on issues.
So when I saw your meme was about women's rights I thought I might broaden women's rights beyond merely holding a public office.

I am curious how the countries with most women are doing? Is the country doing good? I am not interested in it's current state I mean how is it growing.

And is it moot to point out that their women may not be the same as German or American women? Perhaps they are better?
Personally I think men should carry the burden of leading a country simply because of all the hardships involved. Not saying women can't do it, rather I wouldn't them to have to deal with the burden of serving a country by being in politics. But then I'm the type of guy who, if I see a lady struggling while doing some difficult task, I would rather do it for her.
There may be some very good ladies capable of leading America but they don't get the chance because one has to pretty much buy their way in, or gain favor by being a political puppet of another political puppet.

I am a bit disappointed with some of the current women in our politics. The clown in the hat who thinks people should be prosecuted for making fun of politicians is not exactly a favorite of mine. And I am sure narrow minded people would be so asinine as to say I don't like her because of her gender and or race.

How is things in Germany by the way? I heard politicians like Henriette Reker victim blamed a whole bunch of women by saying, "they should have kept arms length away".
Imagine the outrage if President Trump said that.
It seems that having women in office is not a miracle maker for success nor does it mean women will be better off.

A lot of men has had their reputations ruined over false accusations simply because they decided to run for a higher office, and so his rivals took mudslinging to the extreme. But hey, if women seriously want to deal with garbage like that, that's their choice. With the way people in politics treat other politicians, women will be stepping into some savage playing fields! But then, the right woman just might be the one who will clean the whole mess up..?
