Checks and balances. Why do you hate America?

When the judicial branch pushes the other two around where are the checks and balances?

So if you recall from high school civics or social studies or wherever you were taught this, the executive branch appoints the judges, Congress writes the laws that the judges have to rule on, and the judges get to say that the other two are doing it wrong. Checks and balances. America. Love it or move to a country where they abolished court power like Thailand or something.

When the Chief Justice rules against the Executive Branch because he doesn't think they're deciding something, not the way he wants, but how he thinks they should have come to the decision, with no regard for the actual constitutionality of the act at all, then you have a runaway Judicial Branch, with no accountability and no recourse except the Andrew Jackson approach. I say it's time for Andy!

Constitution says to count the whole number of people in each state. Asking citizenship is neither necessary by the Constitution nor Constitutional in its intent to suppress the count of non citizens. Why do you hate America?

The question doesn't exclude the counting of everyone, it just provides more information about the makeup of the country; no different than the age, sex, religion, etc. questions. I suspect if the courts were against the progressive agenda, you would be as upset as many of us on the other side. I love the America I grew up in, not so crazy about the direction it's heading.

Look, the reason progressivieos have to make a big noise to implement various aspects of their evil agenda is not because those things are truly illegal or really forbidden or some crap but rather because it's just that they were left to appear that way for millenia so that one day they can have courts review them and allow them as they were already intended the whole time only under the guise that the weren't because they want to make traditionalists scream and pull their hair out strictly for comic relief and for the sake of cruelty which is the hallmark of those progie Nazi bastards because Hitler was a Socialist and a vegetarian and Lincoln went to war aganst the Democrat Party to free the slaves who Democrats will one day re-enslave by offering then 'free stuff' so that their zombies will vote Hillary so she can deliver Satanic pizza made out of fetuses to the Illuminati.
