I love tacos, with sauteed onions and mushrooms, mango salsa, lettuce and melted cheese, hot sauce and lots of sour cream.

Back in the 90s, went to an American restaurant and oredered tacos with the works, and he told me that wasn't Mexican style, and thus began my road into cilantro, onions, and the lemon or lime wedge toppings.

I eat a ton of vegetables. I could live off of vegetables alone. But if I am being honest I did have a lot of very painful knee trouble, and capsulitis of the second toe. I wasn't able to exercise. Somedays I couldn't even walk. Now that I have my mobility back I am losing weight. It's hard when you can't get any real exercise.

Yep. That was my beginning. Now I need to keep it going. My pants are looser now. I am going to shopping for more in a smaller size and get rid the looser ones, that way I don't slowly gain back.

EXACTLY! I got rid of every single pair of yoga pants for that reason. It's too easy to gain and not even realize it when the pants are always cozy.

Maybe lemon would take the soapy taste off of the cilantro. Always willing to experiment!

There is a weird funk to it which is borderline odd yet ultimately alright to me. But then again, I grew up with it, my mother using it in sauces.

Mexicans use those 3 on tacos and stuff all the time (or ask if you want them when buying), so when I started eating that food a lot, I realized how good it is (to me).

They have cheese, beef, or chicken. I guess pork enchiladas could also exist.

Although I'm one of those annoying vegetarians so I'll probably never get a chance to try it .

I am sure a vegetarian version could be made. I am never above using veggies in place of meat. I am not a vegetarian, but I do eat a lot of odd food combinations.
