Okay, since you 'screen captured' it, I'll say it again: You don't know what you're talking about.....
Where did you go to medical school, or pharmacy school, or nursing school? The notion that upper-caste people from India are coming to U.S. for medical school (supposedy because Indian medical schools are not as good, and because naturally that they'll make more money practicing in the U.S.), does not mean they are being 'imported' to fill a shortfall... Although, I suppose that native-born American students could be being displaced as a result.
The real questions you should ask are how many seats in medical schools exist, and why they are not being expanded, and why other qualified allied health professionals are not being allowed to fill physicians' roles more (indeed, some health professionals, like pharmacists have had their 'power' usurped over the decades; for example, 15 years ago, we were all told that pharmacists would gain 'provider status' with a few years -- but it still has not happened).
And, do you have some sort of problem with Native American Inuits in Alaska or something? Do you think people there live in caves?... Kinda racist, don't you think?
How dare you pass presumptive judgement to decide that people 'aren't good enough'.
