Lefties tend to be anti-vaxxers, (or at least anti-vaxxers tend to be lefties), so basically they're still arguing for the right to kill their own children.

Perhaps you're misinformed. Some leftists, including some Hollywood idiots may spew certain anti-vax claims, but the left is generally against vaccine choice and promotes misinformation and propaganda as part of the big pharma racket. If liberals, leftists, and democrats were so anti-vax, how would you account for the fact that democrat-run states like New York ended religious exemption to vaccination? Also, anti-vaxxers in general aren't trying to kill their children, they just want all the information regarding vaccine safety reported rather than biased medical lies perpetrated by the pharmaceutical industry. Many parents that choose not to vaccinate are the ones that most care about their children, not the other way around. Vaccinations seem to be a completely different ideology. I'm not 100% against it myself, but I'll be danged if I support mandatory vaccinations in any form.

Anti-vaxxers are dangerous? The MMR vaccine caused the measle outbreaks, not the anti-vaccine movement (https://www.naturalnews.com/2019-04-22-mmr-vaccine-dangers-exposed-by-fda-study.html). Yes, vaccination is a completely different topic, but the point is illustrating the utter hypocrisy and insanity of modern-day liberals.

I didn't mean to imply that Anti-Vaxxers are dangerous, just the idea of letting gov't decide what vaccinations are mandatory and when. Some stuff government needs to just stay the heck away from and let we the people decide. Yes, I am aware of some of the dangers of some of these vaccines, especially on younger children.

Have you looked into it? From what I've seen it isn't so much the vaccines but how early and how much at one time they inject.

That's what I'm gathering. Heard about a case with boy-girl twins. The boy got his sister's vaccinations as a baby, in addition to his own, and went from bouncy to comatose within hours. He's practically a vegetable, decades later, while his sister is highly functioning and successful. Again, I'm not gonna rant that vaccinations cause straight up autism, but it does make me a lot more careful about vaccines.

There's got to be some reason for the rise in the rates. Could be alot of things tho, to be fair.

If they were vaccinated, it might have not spread. It may have not been the reason why it started, but it helped.

As I said a few comments ago, the MMR vaccine caused the measle outbreaks, not unvaccinated children. Also, why are vaccinated people concerned with disease if they were already vaccinated from diseases? If they still get infected, doesn't that mean the vaccination was at most pointless?
