Someone refusing to participate in something that goes against the doctrines of their religion is not discrimination, no matter how many times you say it is.

Yes. Religion is far more important than one's sexual lifestyle.

All businesses have a right to refuse service for any reason. All individuals have a right to pick and choose their work. A customer does NOT have the right to force another person to conduct business with them, sell something to them, or complete a job for them.

This is not rocket science.

For a Christian Sunday school for instance... Yes.

I feel like otherwise in most situations it's wrong, but also their loss. *shrug*. Some people wind up getting hired simply because they have the connections in that business, like family or friends. They circumvent a normal application process. Is THAT fair?

Point is, no one has a "right" to a job either.

If it was North Korea, then you couldn't even complain about it.

You keep confusing "complaining about" something or "being ok" with something with government coercion threatening to shut down your business or send armed men to usher you to prison.
