If you want to browse the latest ( as I most often do) this is an issue. Just wondering why they removed this useful feature?

The technical aspects would be more complex and potentially slower on every pageload to have the prev button for "latest" navigation. And because every browser should have a "back" button that should accomplish the exact same action, we didn't figure it was worth supporting.

Does your back button work for going to the previous page?

That makes sense. I just wasn't real sure what was behind it. The back button does work, but is slightly less convenient. I will say, sometimes on my phone the back button just closes the screen. Thank you as always for stopping to shed light. I appreciate it. :)

Don't know what device you're using, but my mouse comes with two little buttons by the thumb that are preprogrammed as forward and back buttons when my browser is the dominant window.

I use my laptop the most. But I do not have these mouse buttons. HOWEVER, upon reading your comment I realize that if I right click I do get the back option. I cannot believe I never knew I could do that. Look at you spreading important knowledge! :)

I hadn't noticed that until I saw your meme, but yeah, it seems silly to remove it. So many changes to the site lately. Some positive, some not so much lol

Acuity made a remark about why they took it out. Makes sense. On my phone the site is a general pain to use. So I stick with the laptop unless I am just browsing. Mostly anyway.

If that is a yes, then the button still is nit there even for you. It appears as a ghost image on page one of latest, but beyond that it is not there.

No it isn't. The MOD Acuity has confirmed that it is no longer there. In the LATEST stream. It is there in the Hot pages.

You can actually change it in the link. For example, if you are on page 5 and want to go to page 4, change the link from imgflip.com/?page=5 into imgflip.com/?page=4

Yep. You can do that. Not on all pages though. You can only do that on your "followed" stream, the "Fun" stream in the "hot" pages. But you cannot do that in the latest.
