There's a serious concern over a potential outbreak... in California. That's the opposite of "progressive".

They're not helping matter any, but the main problem is the homeless issue, the ungodly pileups of garbage, and literal human shit in the streets, especially in San Francisco, as you can see in the picture.

Except it's from a Forbes article, and it's widely reported that there's a "poop crisis" in San Francisco.
