Fight the good fight

A) The new EU parliament might rescind tge articles due to the fact that it has a higher Green and Right presence and that the people who voted for said article were largely not re-elected. Atleast here in Germany. B) All German MEPs except the ones from the CDU and small exceptions (So the German Christian Democratic MEPs, since there are pan Euripean political parties) voted against Article 13. Social Democrats, Green and even the bloody AfD voted against it

Votes dont count for much in the EU

Thats... not exactly true. The EU Parliament could have vetoed the proposal back before the elections. But due to attitude such as yours there was low voter turn out and then people get voted in to office who would pass such a thing. You see, had there been more voters there might have been more Anti Art 13 MEPs in the Parliament who might have bolsteredtge anti art 13 camp enough to shoot the article down. Nevertheless I find you need to concentrate on the here and now. And the EU Parliament might rescind the article as there are now more people who oppose it in parliament.
