Innocent by reason of no evidence

We will see. For the record, being presumed not guilty, pending a formal trial, is not the same as being innocent. And, if there was no evidence, Mueller's team would have said so. As he pointed out, it is unfair to indict someone who has no legal means of defending himself. That precluded them from presenting their evidence in the form of a charge. Otherwise, most legal scholars say the evidence in the report would support up to ten separate charges. It would be more honest for you to say, "Evidence be damned! I trust him. I don't trust you guys" I would respect you more if I thought you were a paid troll. Unfortunately, I think you are one of those types that exist on both political extremes, who don't let facts affect your closely held dogma.

Since you're so big on what Mueller said today, here's the key thing he said, and something you're probably not capable of understanding:

"Every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court."

So you probably could have gotten away with saying it's not the same as being 'found' innocent. Funny how one word can change the meaning to what you were actually trying to say, isn't it?

Also, something I consider far more important is what Mr. Mueller said about the Russian attempts to interfere with the 2016 election: "I will close by reiterating the central allegation of our indictments; that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election. That allegation deserves the attention of every American."

And btw, before you get all excited by seeing the word "indictments", you do know those were all Russians, right? Not a single American was indicted for anything to do with Russian collusion. Just so you know.

So anyway, it is my opinion that while we continue to fight with each other over Trump, Putin is laughing all the way. The things Trump-haters are not smart enough to realize is that Putin doesn't really care who won. All he wants to do when it comes to the US is mess us up. He has succeeded.

Actually, he had such an easy time under Obama, if he were rational, imo he would have preferred Hillary. More of the same! Here, take the Ukraine! Here's an un-ratified treaty for your pals in Iran! Do what you want Vladimir, it will only get better for you once I have more flexibility after my next/last election!

If the facts did not loom out there like a big beach ball, just waiting to be punched, you would have an argument. All you have now is the option of being argumentative, which you have opted for.

Fact is... I'm proud to argue that the burden of proof is on the prosecutor... not kangaroo court. Or mebbe you don't think Mueller's team were "prosecutors".

You said there is no evidence. Then you dnce over to the burden of proof. It is hard to have a lucid conversation with a firefly. Listen to Sarah Sanders, and move on.

Typical dem can't put 2 & 2 together. Burden of Proof requires evidence. There is no evidence. Imagine that.

I see you have stated that you don't click on things other people have posted... but mebbe you should click on this, since it's what Mueller actually wrote in contrast to what he says publicly.
