I may not agree with Octavia_Melody, but I don't see this as a Troll. I think it was a legit response. Of course, he is leaving out the part that the child is still being murdered.

Every time I submit something in "politics" he comments the same two or three bullshit "arguments" with thirty minutes of it being featured, how is that NOT trolling? He could at least TRY to come up with a new talking point for me to eviscerate. But no, he does the same "Dodge, uno reverse, and bait & switch" tactics every time.
