A functioning brain(controller of everything), a heart( of course a functioning heart beat), lungs(breathing) at birth or death! The full 9th month is when the last 2 develop happens the lungs! The risk/death is certain if the baby’s inability 2 take breaths or earlier & earlier even have lungs baby dies or suffocates slowly cuz the lungs have not properly developed!

SCIENCE says that "Life begins at conception". Please note that while this was the first life and the the rest of us were formed in the womb. Today an entire political party is greenlighting the killing after the baby even after their fist breath. The Bible is also clear about forbidding the shedding of innocent blood in many places.
