I get the old white men part, but in the context of this meme I do nit understand why "NO TO RACISM" is encircled?

The circling isn't mine; it was already in the picture. However, is not prejudice against or hate for white people, simply for being born that way, still racism?

I kinda think the sign speaks more to old white CEOs and Billionaires who have a great influence on politics?
