In fact it's so common, most businesses in professional service industries are required to carry insurance because of our litigeous society. It's called E&O insurance. You're projecting what you believe being sued means and it's negative connotation on Trump.

Certainly being sued would not be "good" in that the process is time consuming, expensive and frustrating, but it also doesn't mean you acted "badly" to warrant being sued. People sue other people for frivolous reasons all the time, with many lawsuits being without merit. So again, you are projecting what you believe being sued means, even though you have never run a business in your life which would give you a better understanding of what you're talking about.

Again, it simply isn't even "likely". The larger a business enterprise becomes the more often it will become a target of litigation.

Go run a business, and perhaps you will have a little more nuanced view of the issue.

Anyone with a genuine sense of morality and integrity can clearly see what Trump is and wants. And he is using pandering lies to achieve it. If you are a Trump supporter? Your golden calf doesn't give two shits about America beyond what he can use it for. Which is his own self enrichment and narcissistic need for popularity

You notice you make a qualifying statement "GENUINE sense of morality"? So not only does someone need to possess a sense of morality, and if they do possess said sense, but they vote for Trump, then to your mind it wasn't "genuine". As the only measure of a "genuine sense" is not voting for Trump, which of course conveniently fits to your view. This is circular reasoning.
