Kind of funny how you compare a guy driving in rush hour traffic to driving through a blizzard. From the article it sounds like one guy slid off the road... And then other people had poor visibility due to snow and could not stop effectively due to ice. Not really the same thing as rush hour traffic.

Conditions ARE relevant. In bad weather, you expect many more accidents, and it's often more understandable when it happens. In rush hour traffic, you might expect more accidents too.. though that is only due to sheer volume of people, and they're still only really caused by people being impatient and stupid assholes.

Here's something else very interesting to point out. You notice what this guy in this picture is wearing? A prison jumpsuit.

If the illegal hadn't been allowed in, this one wouldn't have happened. Pretty sure that's the point here
