To moat individuals yes. But I do think the toxic masculinity mantra is thrown around much too often for men just being men. Holding a door open for a lady is not implying she's weak as some extreme feminist would argue. I once was in a school where there was one male teacher in the entire building. The women constantly teased him calling him the school pedophile, calling him Mrs. I'm surprised he put up with it.

Yeah I know that feeling, say something, someone disagrees with and usually you're met with an array of playground insults. Although there are a few users who you can have a civilised debate with.

I detest the phrase libtard. The state of the mentally handicapped should never be used to insult another. I see the word retard thrown around alot not just on politics. Mostly from very immature individuals. I'm glad you're someone I can have a coherent discussion with.

I've never in my life online or otherwise called anyone a retard. Those who use the term don't seem to realise how intensely childish it makes them sound. My politics might differ from alot of people on here but I like to maintain a civilised conversation as best I can ( the odd time I do drop into politics). I have friends who are extremely conservative and we often clash in politics, but our debates are always civilised, I don't see why that should change on an online setting.

Agreed, some of my best friends IRL are those whom I disagree most with in politics.
