While the meme is correct, it is somewhat misleading.
First of all, Trump did not write the tax bill, Congress did. Secondly, it only affects some families and not all, and then only under a unique circumstance. Lastly, Congress acknowledges the mistake and there is a bill already in Congress that has bi-partisan support to correct this oversight.
