Mass shootings represent an incredibly small amount of gun deaths, and in reference to gun owners, people who commit mass shootings are even less statistically significant

You're right, there is no problem whatsoever. I don't even know why it keeps getting brought up. All is right with the world. Carry on.

So now we are no longer talking about the number of mass shootings, instead we are talking about how often the topic gets brought up in public discourse. Ok.
