Many conservatives have already been refused service lately precisely because they're conservatives. Most were easily known when they're wearing maga hats, of course, but they weren't asked to just remove the hats, they were banned from the business.
On top of that, some have been getting their bank accounts closed by their banks (Chas Manning, I think), as well as having their paypal and patreon accounts closed down because of their public conservative views.
And yes, there are some gay conservatives. Dave Rubin is a high profile one who's labeled alt-right by regressive leftists, when he couldn't be more moderate. But it is a relatively safe assumption that a gay couple is liberal, especially in a blue state.
