That's because you only look at the things the Republicans WANT you to see about them. Lower taxes says pretty little, as what do you get back for that. Stronger millitary wouldn't be needed if Trump lowered his tone on the international stage, and the economy was already getting better prior to Trump's inauguration, and he's rather threatening it than helping it, but you'd easily miss that, as political measures to help the economy mostly take effect many years later, but the current leaders always stick that feather on their cap. Not to mention that a good economy requires more than good political measures. It's also easy to blame the democrats for unpopular measures required due to the mess the Republicans left behind. Cut short in order to understand how politics truly works, the LAST thing you should do is copy the election topics of parties. Especially when economy is concerned, as that requires long therm thinking. If Trump created a better or worse economy will be seen once his successor is in the office, and Democrat or Republican, if it goes bad, Trump's successor gets the blame, and if Trump really did well his successor will get the praise, regardless if that successor is really the one to blame or praise. And when it comes to jobs... Politicians LOVE it when there are more jobs, but in the end its employers who decide how many jobs there are, not political parties. The latter should especially in the USA, the most capitalist country in the world (and especially when you are a Republican voter), be common knowledge to you.
