Just earlier today I asked the OP if he was a teen, as I started picking up from the tone of his comments. Just from how kids write you can tell there's a difference.
Plus 16 year olds look really really young, especially to those who are in the mid 30s.
So any mentality of an adult attracted to them is truly warped.

I lived in a building full of college students (as I was when I had first moved there).
I started noticing in later years (I was there for 21) that they just looked younger and younger, even though these were 18 and above.
I don't know how a 36yo can relate to or even want to in that way.

Not only is 16 age of consent in a bunch of states, there is also "Close In Age Exemption" in over half of the US decriminalizing consensual sex between those under under the age of consent.
Texas (where 17 is legal) the State you claim it live in, is one, where a 17yo can engage in such with a 14yo.

The onset of puberty at 13 is NOT post pubescent. What you refer to is puberty set off early by growth hormomes added to chicken, which they tend to eat a lot of and in places like Puerto Rico (where the phenomen was first identified, some rare cases even in infants) more lax regulation has allowed more of the use of said hormones.

Also my take on it all has much to do with my own constipation, even as a teen I found those even 2 years younger than me to be too young.
