Any objective analysis would have to conclude that Assange is at least an asset of the GRU. Where are the leaked reports of Russian atrocities in Afghanistan? The First Amendment is not at issue or being challenged. So, who is being deceived? If you want to know what happens when real Whistle Blowers act, look at the My Lai massacre. None of the Whistle Blowers were charged with anything. Some 14-Officers and 12-Enlisted were charged with crimes. Most took pleas, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice's Article 15 provisions. Three officers died in action, before they could stand trial. Three Officers were tried and one sentenced to 20-years in prison. Point me to the charges against government and military miscreants brought as a result of the Manning and Snowden leaks. Again, who is being deceived? Facts, Jack.

we simply approach from different angles.

I have noted that people remember things like what Bradley and Snowden did, not based on the facts of the case, but on how they made us feel based on our positions and biases. That is why Republicans who are not racists or White Nationalists, will probably vote for Trump in 2020. When Trump cuts regulations on pipelines, like he did today, they remember that the Veterans in the Standing Rock area asked the "Veterans," in the demonstrations to refrain from saying that they represented them. They remember that the state had to rush in and clean up tens of millions of dollars in garbage, feces and other materials introduced by the "environmental activists," before the Spring Thaw caused them to pollute local rivers and drinking water. People not associated with the Republican Party, probably see Trump's acts as totally undermining safety procedures that protect us from spills and pollution that characterize pipelines. Two sides see the same event differently. Both think they have facts. At the end of the day, both sides will have done all they can to protect their positions, whatever the facts may be.
