Yeah I guess lol. But I don't know why said user is harassing you like this. It's just not right. I've flagged at least 20 of his memes. All the memes that have been a problem were all this person's memes

I can. But I don't forget through all fo the memes that are submitted. So it gets kind of hard. That's why users can flag memes and it would be brought to the mods attention.

Not wanting to sound hard on you, but being a Mod of a stream which you created does come with responsibilities.

Not saying you should give up on account of trolling, and the Mods of the site are supposed to be screening them before they even get to your stream, but then maybe if you can find someone to assist you as a Mod for it?
