I dont always get it to work, but most of my good successful ones have been submitted just before noon on east coast america, or also just before 6pme east coast. Doesnt help feature time, but those are the times that everyone here in the states (largest group on this site) begins to check the site. Basically on their lunch break and right when people get off work. I'll say that if the meme is a standard template or one you've uploaded before for public use, it will feature much faster than a custom image you find on the internet somewhere or one that you created from scratch. Check out giveuahint's tagline on her profile, and read thru that, it helped me a lot. All that said, I think you have a much higher success rate than a lot of us! Cheers bro.
