I diddn't say they wern't. This is just a quote from the bible. But it wasn't intended for only the Christians it was (and is) indended for all. Jesus said himself that he came for the sinner.

So you don't believe Jesus was a historic figure who actually lived? Why do we have BC and AD (and yes modernist changed it to BCE and CE but it still has His birth as the central event) look at some historians who wrote about him (not even Bible writers) like Josephus. There have been studies done and proof for the Star of Bethlehem, the earthquake at His Death. Archeological findings for many events in the old and new testament. As for his Resurrection there's plenty of valid arguments supporting it which I would be happy to expound on if you care to hear them. Btw if you're ever interested we have alot of great discussions like this in my stream. The_Think_Tank. I'm always looking for people like you who can discuss various topics in a mature manner.

Actually many of them/us aren't. It's the "humble themselves" part that is the hang up since Adam and Eve.
