He certainly didn't personally defeat them on the front lines but he allowed the conditions that defeated ISIS, unlike Barry. Not that the idea of ISIS is dead but I don't think they control or exploit population groups anymore, so that's cool. I'm not pro war but f**king up ISIS seems more appropriate than trying to dispose an elected leader in one of the few loose democracies/republic in the region.
