not that i'm the boss...i'm over a team within our firm but i really don't consider myself a boss, it's really pretty good in that we all work on an equal level in most cases. Only every once in a while do i actually have to put on my boss hat.
My boss comment was relating more toward regional and corporate managers who will send somebody offsite or transfer them. And then everything imodes because they didn't backfill the position or have somebody cover
