The West better get their stuff together and bring back meritocracy in hiring and accepting higher education students or countries like China will surpass and destroy us in technology and education. It's disgusting how it's so tough to get substandard teachers out. It really should be a priority for a country to focus on getting good teachers, that are knowledgeable and willing to look at all sides of an issue, not just a cultural Marxist echo chamber where wrong think is punished and diversity of ideas (the only diversity they don't care about) is verboten.

What makes me sick... as a former educator, is that teachers that do not allow a students mind to grow. The current theme of shunning free speech will take a toll on the pyche of the masses. California is the Golden State in Beauty and creativity and.... well, not in politics. They're like Florida is with Weird and Horrific Criminals.Is't it racism to promote one class or another, but California leads the USA in sanctuary cities —even though that class has criminals among them who the are protecting. And, the sheer numbers of illegals must burden their budget with financial assistance, medical, classrooms... to the point that they will never recover financially.
