we all bring our own prejudices and biases to the information we consume,and facts alone are not sufficient to formulate a reasoned and rationale reponse.we need context,nuance and interaction with others to test our theories,ideologies and pre-conceptions.

Ah, feelings about something will trump facts sometimes? People ignoring facts or setting them aside is what will ensure we continue to make a mistakes. When 2020 rolls around facts that POTUS has done a great job will be covered by people's unfactual based opinions i.e. he's racist. Sure he did some crap I didn't like, Syria, trade, but the good has so far outweighed the bad and the bad is just something that is personal pref. Look at unemployment rate in Black and Hispanic coms. People with AOC are, when it comes to facts, wrong about a few things, one being the New Green Deal. She might have good intentions but that doesn't mean we must implement them.

We pulled out. That's all not mad about it, I understand it. Wasn't happy when we pulled out of Iraq, that's just the soldier in me. Again, personal preference. Nothing more nothing less. A lot of people living in Iraq wanted us and needed us there.
