I don't know what the Great Pumpkin's view on this is. I think drug treatment should be free, but I'm I don't think enabling intravenous drug users is "treatment." Seems to me the opioid crisis would solve itself - those who want treatment could get it, and those who don't will eventually od and kill themselves.
