Capitalism is an economic system, not a political point of view. Democrats and republicans have made millions and billions under capitalism while hating each others point of view. Socialism is an economic system, political system, and practical religion to some. But changing the system from one that concentrates power in the hands of the wealthy for a system that concentrates power in the hands of government is a catch 22. Like Orwell taught us in his 1984 novel, political views are eternal as the party never dies and it shapes all aspects of life. A billionaire can only shape your life if you buy their product.

I think its too late for "we the people". But as long as we can maintain the lesser of 2 evils, its an acceptable alternative.
