The government does everything better than corporations.......... except the Gold King Mine cleanup in Colorado a few years ago

I live near this, EPA wouldn't listen to locals who knew the mine and warned them- they are the experts after all, and miners are idiots who pollute the planet.

I can completely understand the anger. I can also understand why the EPA would try to use the "but it was a contractor!" defense, and I can also also understand why the judge would rule that that won't fly today.

Can't sue the government.
