did you just try to pawn off Stephen moore as a credible economist? I guess if your are fishing for rightwing blurbs for your blog,he is handy with the "flavored quote of the day",but that article in no way supports your claim.
it just vomits political talking points, with zero examination.speaking in broad terms like "6,000,000 jobs" and then ignores how trump allows tax loopholes for the corporation to take your income tax withdrawal and pocket it for themselves, and call it "profit",which is "socialism" by the way.
here,try this.
it is easy to read and breaks things down in an easily digestible format.
https://www.americanprogressaction.org/issues/economy/reports/2018/01/26/168366/president-trumps-policies-hurting-american-workers/
now I know you like your buddy trump, and do not like hearing contrary information, but do try to keep an open mind.
because the argument is not really trump vs whomever
or liberal vs conservative
or even democrat vs republican.
it is power vs powerlessness.
and trump is part of the powered elite, make no mistake, and he works hard for them, because that is in his best interests.
as for your attempt at false equivalency:
Obama did very little,he was a corporatist, and that is exactly how he played his role:to serve big monied interests and donor (aka not you,or I).
he saved the economy by having the American taxpayer bail out the banks,(socialism) and then turned around and gave the American people the middle finger by:zero indictments of the criminal class in wall street,no loan forgiveness for homeowners (there was a policy, but getting approved was damn near impossible),and he allowed blackstone to gobble up millions of homes on the cheap, while americans went and lived in their cars.
bush?
bush was actually pretty good to the working class.
if you ignore the whole Iraq and neo-conservative fiasco, the American worker did ok under bush.not great, but not bad.
Clinton?
he f**ked us hard with NAFTA,gave us 3 strikes which created a whole cottage industry "the prison complex" and turned the volume on neo-liberalism policies to 11.which immiserated the working class and plunged them into massive debt.
anything else?
look man,i am not anti-trump but I am critical.
I never just follow the leader, they have to prove their worth to me.
and on domestic issues,he just ain't cutting it.
but his rhetoric is AMAZING.
now where is my 100$
