Considering that universities have in many ways become brainwashing camps teaching kids what to think, rather than how to think for themselves, the so-called "affluent and educated" are in many cases just affluent in bogus and destructive ideologies, while mindlessly believing that what their teachers taught them was "truth." These so-called "educated" people can't even begin to fathom that they paid many thousands of dollars on their own brainwashing.
