No, it is to block anyone who tries to enter illegally. A wall cannot determine ethnicity or race, it's meant to keep everybody out.

Besides, Mexican is not a race, it is a nationality, and most illegals are not Mexican.

So the wall has nothing to do with race, and I still have never seen proof that President Trump is a racist or xenophobic.
