First, there is no proof or charges of President Trump being treasonous or criminal.
Second, the 25th amendment must be invoked by a "majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments (the Presidents Cabinet) or of such other body as Congress may by law provide," to declare the president "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office"
In this case, the Deputy Director of the FBI and the Deputy AG do not have this power and them trying to remove a legally elected President amounts to an attempted coup and is considered treason.
