No, it isn't. It's a matter of political opinion whether we need a border wall. Dissent is wholly permitted under the First Amendment. Maybe you would prefer a dictatorship.

Let's try your "logic" elsewhere. It's a matter of "political opinion" whether Hillary Clinton needs a Secret Service detail. Dissent is wholly permitted, maybe you must be pro dictatorship for disagreeing.

You're not down there being overrun daily by heavily armed coyotes and narcotraficantes. Other people are. Therefore I argue their opinion is relevant and yours is not.

The issue you put forth has nothing to do with relevance. The question is whether dissenting opinions are treasonous. Apparently you want to scrap the First Amendment.

We live in a nation under the rule of law. Libs want to abolish ICE, defy the legal right of the executive to enforce the integrity of our sovereign border, and flout law in bs "sanctuary" cities.

When you talk about stifling opposition speech, that IS opposing the First Amendment. Millions oppose the Wall. Are they all going to be charged with treason?

There is protected speech and non-protected speech. I agree protected speech should be given the leeway, but non-protected speech exists.

I said it moved in that direction, but there are legal parameters for those things, just like how advocacy for an assassination (looking at a number of Dems) is actually illegal.

Remember the original meme was about "treason." You can commit that without even being prosecutable. I argue sanctuary cities are unquestionably that, and to the point of prosecutable.
