It's a problem, but not an emergency. He's abusing powers

The irony.

You should check out some other presidents national emergencies. At least this one will impact and save lives in the near future. If he finishes the wall in 5 years as opposed to having it finished in 15 years (assuming it ever got finished) that's 10 years with less crime, fewer illegal drugs, and thousands of people saved from human trafficking. Seems like a good deal to me.

Obama sponsors people that train school shooters and has triple the average amount of school shootings than most modern presidents: Meh.

Trump tries to save hundreds of thousands of people lives and livelihoods: ABUSING POWER

OH, and Q was validated yet again. Perhaps you should check it out instead of being brainwashed by the BS on the news:

F-15 post :: February 15 Trump declares national emergency

Posts a false flag warning for near future :: Factory worker Rampage shooting 9 hours later.

Time to get on board. That was two validations of 'predictions' in a very short time span.

@Grind I'm willing to look at the declared national emergencies in the past. I'm open to seeing abuses of that on both sides of the political aisle. However, you're unlikely to convince me on that basis that this isn't also an abuse of the power. The constitution puts the power of the purse with the congress.

Gripe all you want, it's absolutely legitimate and legal. If they want to stop the emergency Congress has to win a vote AND the senate needs a 2/3's majority vote. Not going to happen.

Even if the courts find that part of the funding is unconstitutional (which they won't because it isn't) he can just have the military pay for the whole thing.

well, we'll see. I think there are laws against the military being employed at the border.

He's had the military on the border for a fat minute building the wall. I doubt it.

1 dead American is enough. He's actually well within his authority to do so. Especially when compared with Abraham Lincoln..
